Suitable for long-term use under boundary lubrication without maintenance; recommends initial grease, oil hole bearing surface can guarantee the best fat distribution, while refueling process can greatly improve the life of the product; suitable for heavy load at low speed rotary motion and the rocking motion; excellent carrying capacity, low friction coefficient and low wear rate; no water absorption and oil absorption, dimensional stability; after the press-fit bearing can be processed again to get a better tolerances.

Application Features
TOB02 Boundary lubrication bushing is based on steel as matrix, middle sintering spherical bronze powder, surface rolled modified POM (POM), and contain storage pits. It is suitable for normal temperature conditions, the low-contained place, replace the traditional copper sleeve both to reduce costs and extend service life. On the rolling mill use, to save fuel frequency, simplifying replacement program.
